Without change, there would be no possibility of growth or renewal. Yet change can be hard to face and experience. Consider the wisdom of Heraclitus. There is no possible way to recapture your same step in a river. Neither is there a way to recapture any moment in your day. It too flows one direction and away from you. Life is in perpetual change. What can this rhythm teach us about life and how we can more fully engage change as an ally rather than an enemy?
