A commitment to an individual spiritual path is essential for transformation. But when that path is void of meaningful community, we can fall prey to ego-driven biases and behavioral blind spots. This can make it difficult to listen to or learn from others. We then lose the diversity of color that relationships bring. Our spirituality becomes monochromatic.
When we explore spirituality together it keeps us grounded in something bigger and beyond ourselves. It also opens us to larger perspectives that enrich our search and expand our horizons. It evokes a desire to live a better life.

At the center of that is the belief that relationships, and small groups, are a critical part of living a life of wisdom and love. This coming Sunday, at our gathering, we’ll explore how small groups will play an essential role in our mission. Finding friends to seek with is one of the most rewarding elements of spirituality. We’ll explore how to find friends that are interested and invite them to the journey.
