What does it mean to be calm? Are you calm in this moment? Is calm a feeling, a state, a mindset? How do you more quickly achieve calm and stillness in the midst of the pressures of the day? 

On August 8, 2021 the Aldea community begins a four-week series exploring, calm. We’ll consider the anatomy of calm, how nature provides a unique path into calm, how to achieve calm at work, and how our body can become our ally in finding and sustaining calm. 

In the first week of this series, we sat down with Drs. Kevin Skinner and Scott Hamstra. Kevin was a founder and longtime senior leader @ Aldea. He now works in the learning and development space in the energy industry. Scott is an MD that has spend almost 25 years serving Native American tribes in Arizona.
